Colia Croceus butterfly (Clouded Yellow)

The Common Clouded Yellow (Colias croceus) is mostly spread in North Africa and southern Europe, but can also be found in Scandinavia, in the northern and southern Asia. This butterfly is known for mass migrations in 1947, 1983, 1992, 1996 and 2000, named in the UK ”clouded yellow years”.
The picture was captured with a Nikon D40X camera and Nikon 55-200mm VR AF-S f/4-5.6G ED lens, using the following settings: exposure time – 1/320 seconds, ISO – 200, focal length – 1/200, F- number – 5,6.
