Birdsfoot trefoil (Lotus corniculatus) is a perennial plant, spread in temperate Eurasia, North Africa, North America and Australia. Due to the high protein content, is cultivated and used as forage for cattle, sheep and horses, but is toxic for humans. In the language of flowers indicate revenge.
The image was captured with a Nikon D60 camera and Nikkor 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6G ED AF-S DX lens, using these settings: focal length – 55 mm, exposure time – 1/250 sec, ISO – 100, F number – F/8.
