In the distance, a portion of Bicaz Lake can be seen. It is an artificially flooded valley by building a dam upstream, aiming primarily to obtain electricity. When the lake was created, more than 20 villages, which had a total of over 18,000 inhabitants, have disappeared under water.
The picture was captured with a Nikon D40X camera and Nikkor 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6G ED AF-S DX lens, using these settings: focal length – 20 mm, exposure time – 1/250 sec, ISO 100, lens aperture – 4.
