Dipsacus Sylvestris is a plant native to Eurasia and North Africa and now is also widespread in North America. It is often considered a weed. In the past, the dried flower was used in the textile industry as a comb in the processing of wool. In present, it is sometimes used as an ornamental plant.
The image was created with a Nikon D40X camera and Nikon 55-200mm VR AF-S f/4-5.6G ED lens, using these settings: exposure time – 1/100 seconds, focal length – 55 mm, ISO – 100, F- number – 4,2.
