Ilva is a river that wells from Calimani Mountains – Romania and flows into the Mures River. It has a length of about 20 km and its catchments area covers an area of 130 square kilometers. The water becomes turbid only when it’s raining heavily, moments when the flow significantly increases.
The image was taken with a Nikon D40X camera and Nikkor 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6G ED AF-S DX lens, using these settings: focal length – 42 mm, exposure time – 1 sec, ISO 200, lens aperture – 18.
