Hieracium Umbellatum is known also as Hawkweed Dandelion. Is a plant with yellow flowers. In ancient Greek language, hirax, means eagle. Also, in ancient Rome it was believed that eagles feed on this plant in order to enhance visual capabilities. Hence the scientific name remained Hiracium. Is widespread in the northern hemisphere being considered often by the agriculture as a invasive weed.
