Common Blue - a small butterfly widespread in Europa

Common Blue (Polyommatus icarus) is a small butterfly in the family Lycaenidae, with blue wings with black-brown border and white fringes on margins. It is widespread in Europe, North Africa and temperate Asia and may be seen in grassy places from May until August.
The picture was captured with a Nikon D40X camera and Nikon 55-200mm VR AF-S f/4-5.6G ED lens, using the following settings: exposure time – 1/200 seconds, ISO – 100, focal length – 200mm, F- number – 5,6.
