A clear sky between two layers of clouds: cumulus and cirrus

Between two layers of clouds, one situated at low altitude – cumulus and the other at high altitude – cirrus, a blue and clear sky can be seen. It’s a hot summer afternoon, in which the atmospheric pressure is dropped. A strong wind began to blow, a sign that the weather is changing and the storm is approaching.
The picture was created with a Nikon D40X camera andNikon 55-200mm VR AF-S f/4-5.6G ED lens using these settings: exposure time – 1/400 seconds, focal length – 35mm, ISO – 100, F- number – 5,6.
