Part of the Southern Carpathians, Fagaras Mountains are distinguished by the highest peaks in Romania – Moldoveanu (2544m), Negoiu (2535m), Vistea Mare (2527m), Caltun (2522m) and the most dense hydrographic network in the country with numerous glacial lakes – Balea, Podragu, Capra, Caltun, Bucura.
The image was captured using Canon PowerShot A550 with these settings: exposure time – 1/250 sec, focal length – 6 mm, ISO – 80, lens aperture – F/7.1.
