Poiana Teiului Viaduct is located at the upper part of the Bicaz Lake, and is a path linking three historical regions of Romania: Transylvania, Moldavia and Bucovina. Has a length of about 800 feet, and crosses the river Bistrita. When it’s a rainy year, the lake’s volume increases, and the viaduct is entirely in water, as in this picture. On the contrary, when is drought, under it is a vast pasture.
The image was captured with a Nikon D40X camera and Nikkor 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6G ED AF-S DX lens, using these settings: focal length – 18 mm, exposure time – 1/250 sec, ISO 100, lens aperture – 4.
