It is autumn. A new colorful carpet of fallen leaves, is now on the soil of the deciduous forest.
Everything is bathed in the tired, but warm light of a beautiful afternoon. Now, the sun rays are able again to penetrate through the bare branches of trees. Just recently, the freezing, cold night has detached all the leaves, which will remain visible on the ground, until next year, when a new layer will follow.
