Agrimonia Eupatoria is a plant with astringent effects due to its rich content of tannin. In phytotherapy, the agrimony tea is used to treat diarrhea, some liver and kidney diseases. In traditional Chinese medicine it was considered a powerful hemostatic agent, in ancient times being used to stop the bleeding wounded on the battlefield.
