The steep path, which climbs through the fir forest, uses the roots of these trees as steps. It is one of the access routes from the chalet Izvorul Muntelui (797 meters altitude), by Curmatura Lutu Rosu to the plateau where is located the chalet Dochia (1750 meters altitude) from Ceahlau Massif – Romania.
