The path to the heights is surrounded by the tree branches loaded with fresh snow, which reflects the blue color of the sky. The entire picture seems to be frozen and will remain like that for a while, until the warm weather will come and the snow will melt.
The picture was taken using a Nikon D40X camera with Nikon 55-200mm VR AF-S f/4-5.6G ED lens and these settings: exposure time – 1/100 seconds, focal length – 55 mm, ISO – 200, F- number – 4.
Love this picture and just what I was looking for on this first day of winter in Maine. I haven’t a camera, but needed something for my updated FB cover, so your work is appreciated, as I replace my fall cover page with winter appropriate. Thank you- Just beautiful- love blue snow.
